I love good Carolina style barbecue, but I can never make up my mind which sauce I like best, so usually I leave the meat unseasoned and make one of everything!

Ingredients

2 c
apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
garlic salt
2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp
hot sauce
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
ground black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients together in a quart size glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for at least a day before using so that the flavors will blend well. Shake occasionally, and store for up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
