Devonshire cream (Kings Island Creme)

this is really easy and oh so good on a warm scone with jam, or dip your fresh fruit. omgosh. good stuff. :-)

Ingredients

3 oz
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
whipping cream

Step-By-Step

1Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla.
Gradually beat in enough whipping cream to form a mixture of spreadable consistency. Do not over beat, cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Makes 1 cup.
2add a spoonful to your scone and top with jam of your choice, lemon curd etc, enjoy.
