Ingredients

3 Tbsp beef or chicken granules
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c flour

run all ingredients (except flour) through food processor until powdered
Add to flour and mix together through sifter a few times until well incorporated.
Store in mason jar or baggie marked for contents and date

To make gravy mix 1/4 cup of mix with 2 cups water or milk, wisk while heating until smooth and serve warm!
