2 medium zucchini, pelled and diced
2 cooking apples, peeled, cored and diced
In large saucepan bring to boil zucchini, apples, water, sugar, cloves and salt.
Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove cover. Continue cooking until all the liquid has evaporated. Discard cloves.
Mash or blend in blender until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon.
