Raspberry Orange Sauce

- 2 c
- fresh raspberries
- 3/4 c
- powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 c
- orange liqueur (grand marnier, triple sec or cointreau)
- 1 Tbsp
- frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
2NOTE: If you don't want seeds in your sauce, process berries in a food mill/sieve first and then put puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
