Ingredients

CRANBERRY SAUCE THAT'S QUICK AND EASY

4 Cups
fresh or frozen cranberries
1 Cup
sugar
2/3 Cup
water
1/2 cup
dried cranberries
2 TBS
apple cider vinegar
2 tsp
grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp
salt
dash pepper
makes 2 cups

Directions Step-By-Step

in a Med saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Bring to a Boil.
Reduce heat and simmer over med heat for 20 min. or until the berries burst, and the sauce thickens.

Cool to room temp. Then enjoy.
store covered in the refer for 1 week.

This will make 2 Cups of sauce.
