Tequila Slaw with Lime and Cilantro

A great way to use pre-mixed coleslaw. Serve on tacos, alongside bbq'd chicken or with grilled flank steak or burgers.

Feel free to add carrots and red cabbage if you prefer.

Ingredients

1/4 c
canola oil mayonnaise (or your choice)
3 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp
silver tequila
2 tsp
sugar
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1/3 c
green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
1 pkg
14-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix (angel hair or your choice)

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
2Add remaining ingredients and toss. Refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
