My husband needs to eat healthier so I made this dressing to help with that. He likes it (though not as much as the ranch)

Ingredients

1/2 c
olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 1/4 Tbsp
dijon mustard
dash
garlic powder
to taste
salt & pepper

In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Whisk in the olive oil.

Let stand a few minutes to blend the flavors.

COver tightly and refrigerate leftovers.
