Heidi's Peppery Caesar Dressing (mayo not raw egg)

A quick, peppery, acidic Caesar that avoids raw eggs. Adjust the proportions to your taste. Does NOT taste fishy, even with a whole 2-oz. can of anchovies (6-8 small fillets)

Ingredients

1 can(s)
anchovies, drained
1 clove
garlic, diced
1 medium
lemon, juice only
4 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated

Step-By-Step

1Whir in the small bowl of the food processor until throughly mixed. Store in fridge. Yield 1 cup. Serve over cut romaine.
