Dehydrated BROWN Sugar (Powder)
COVER A PAN WITH FOIL, THIS WILL ALLOW SUGAR TO RELEASE EASILY
2spread brown sugar on foil in a thin layer
3break up any large pieces as small as possible
4Place sugar in oven ( TURN OFF OVEN )
5Let set for 1 hour ( DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR ) This will cause the process to take longer
6After 1 hour, check sugar. It sould be hard to the touch and crumbly. If sugar stay in one large piece.
REPEAT STEPS........... 1 through 5
7When completely dry, blend in coffee grinder, food processer.
grind until in powder form.
