Creamy Sesame-Ginger Salad Dressing

Use on cole slaw, in place of regular dressing or in pasta salads or as a dressing on fish sandwiches.

real mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 Tbsp
grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar
1 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp
granulated sugar
salt, to taste
2 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
ground black pepper, to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Put mayonnaise in a medium bowl, add the ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, lime juice, sugar and salt. Stir with a whisk until very smooth. Add sesame seeds and season, to taste, with black pepper.
Use immediately, or store in refrigerator, covered, for up to 8 days.
