Ingredients

3 oz
feta cheese-preferably french crumbled
2 1/2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
water
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/4 c
plus an extra tbsp of extra virgnin olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to your tastes

Step-By-Step

1in a food processor, pulse the crumbled feta with the red wine vinager, water, oregano, and olive oil until the vinagrette is smooth. Season with salt and pepper
