2 1/2 Tbsp	white vinegar
1 c	half and half
5 oz	fresh crumbled blue cheese

amy's Notes:

This is my late father in laws recipe. I never had a chance to meet him. But i do love his Blue Cheese Dressing. Keep this in the fridge and it should last about a week.

Directions

Mix together first 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in your half and half and blue cheese.
