Sometimes we just have this for lunch with tortilla chips or fresh veggies. You can vary the heat on this by using hot picante sauce or tabasco pepper. We, personally, like it milder and we're native Texans around here!

Ingredients

1 lb
velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c
mild thick & chunky pace's picante sauce
1 can(s)
original jalepeno bean dip
1/2 c
sour cream, lite (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Dice cheese in small cubes. Add picante. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well.

Add bean dip. Microwave until all is melted...about 1 1/2 minute more. Stir occasionally to check consistancy. You want it smooth.

Before serving, stir in sour cream if used.
