SQUEEZE DRY DEFROSTED SPINACH N PUT IN MED SIZE BOWL THEN MIX IN PARMESEAN CHEESE, MAYO N SOUR CREAM.

GENTLY STIR CHPD ARTICHOKES INTO SPINACH MIXTURE.

SPOON MIXTURE INTO A PIE PLATE OR CASSEROLE DISH N TOP WITH MONTEREY JACK CHEESE. (AT THIS POINT DIP CAN B MADE EARLY N REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO COOK) MICROWAVE FOR 5 MINUTES ALSO CAN B BAKED IN 350 OVEN FOR 25-30 MIN......ENJOY :)
