Ingredients

10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
3 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
fresh mint, minced
1 c
sour cream, fat-free
pepper to taste

defrost and drain spinach, press out all the water until spinach is very dry. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
