toasted sesame seeds

poppy seeds
2 Tbsp
toasted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp
low sodium soy sauce
8 oz
greek low fat yogurt

VEGETABLE PLATTER

celery stalks, cut into 3" sticks

zucchini, cut into quarters and 3" sticks

red bell pepper cut into strips

green bell pepper, cut into strips

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk all ingredients briskly until well blended.

Store in fridge at least one hour before serving to meld flavors.

Will keep several days if kept refrigerated

Serve with vegetable platter. You may add or subtract any vegetable of your choosing.
