Ingredients

2 can(s)
15 oz.each of chick peas
1/2 c
or more as needed extra virgin olive oil
1/2
of a lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp
rough chopped parsley
3 or 4
peeled, roasted red peppers
2 clove
garlic
1 1/2 tsp
seasalt
3/4 tsp
dark asian sesame oil
3/4 tsp
ground cummin
about 12 grinds of black pepper
1/4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse till it is all smooth. You may have to open it and scrape the sides every so often.
