This is awesome in the Summer at a poolside but just as good anytime of the year!

1 can(s)
mexican style corn
1 can(s)
black beans
1 bunch
fresh cilantro
1 clove
fresh garlic
1/2 c
olive oil
1 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
apple cider vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop up fresh cilantro and garlic. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Let sit for a couple of hours. Serve in small dip bowls with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers. Excellent with a nice glass of Pinoir! Yummy!
