- container 16 oz sour cream
- jar roasted red peppers 7 oz ,drained and chopped

- swiss cheese shredded about 8oz

1Preheat oven to 375 in 1- quart baking dish,combine soup mix ,sour cream,1-3/4 cups swiss cheese and mayonnaise.
2Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until heated through .Spinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of swiss cheese.
3Serve, with your favorite dippers or you can serve it with sliced french bread
