HOMEMADE AIOLI (SALLYE)

Making this tonight to use with the salmon I bought on sale. Will probably grill the salmon on Sunday.

Ingredients

1 c
dukes mayonnaise
1/2 c
sour cream
3 to 4 tsp
prepared horseradish
2 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
chives, chopped
1/4 c
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 Tbsp
lemon zest
pinch
kosher or coarse sea salt
pinch
freshly ground black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well blended and smooth.
2Notes:

1. Use more or less horseradish to suit your taste for hot food

2. Do not overblend or mayo will begin to separate
3Serve as dipping sauce or spread with any kind of seafood and meat dish.
