Ingredients

boneless chicken breast, fully-cooked, cooled, shredded & chopped
1 c
sour cream
1 c
whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 c
frank's® hot sauce
1/2 c
prepared blue cheese dressing
1/4 c
prepared buttermilk ranch dressing
1/4 c
crumbled blue cheese
1/4 c
green onion, minced
1 Tbsp
kosher salt
1 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp
black pepper, ground

Directions Step-By-Step

In a mixing bowl, coat shredded chicken, crumbled blue cheese and green onions with frank's® hot sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Fold in sour cream, then the ricotta, then the dressings. Transfer to serving bowl and chill in refrigerator for one hour minimum.

Serve with tortilla chips, seasoned mini toasts, celery & carrots. Score!
