I've always loved this dip, I just wanted to make my own version. This was my crack at it and it was delicious. I will never buy it again! Eat it cold or serve it hot and bubbly -- either way, it's great.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This creamy, savory dip is packed with artichokes. It's definitely not something you'd find in the frozen food aisle. The addition of salad seasoning, lemon zest, and lemon juice elevates the flavor. You can tell there's lemon in every bite, but it's not overpowering. Since this can be eaten hot or cold, double the batch to bring it to your next tailgate. Grab some pita or tortilla chips and dig in!
