sour cream
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
crumbled bleu cheese
1 Tbsp
white wine vinegar or plain white vinegar
1 clove
garlic, finely minced
1 tsp
dry white wine (optional)

Blend all ingredients in foor processor until smooth

Refrigerate at least an hour before serving

Will keep in airtight container in fridge for up to one week
