Addictive Chorizo Pepper Jack Dip

This is a favorite of my husband's--excellent game day food! The greatest thing is that the dip doesn't immediately harden like most other cheesy dips. However, it will become a little less smooth once it fully cools off, though there's rarely any left by that point! Cover with aluminum foil if transporting this.

I like the dip best with sweet potato chips. It goes well with the creamy-spicy flavors in the dip. It's also really great with celery sticks and sweet potato tortilla chips.
