Medium pot combine corn syrup, cream, butter, sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt
Bring to a boil whisking over meium-high heat.
Remove from heat and let fudge sauce cool slightly.
Great for ice cream. Swirl it in your favorite brownie recipe, or what ever you like. It is a good sauce to dip banana in roll in nuts and freeze.
To reheat put in microwave for 30 second intervals until heated through
Note: I added a tablespoon of sour cream (step 1) to make a smoother, pourable sauce for ice cream.
