Cut tops off of tomatoes and dig insides and scoop out seeds and some of the tomato meat. ( need to make room for the stuffing ) Don't take too much though as you still want some of that fresh tomato as your main base.
Combine the next four ingredients and add a dash of pepper. Stir in the tuna and mayonaise and eggs. Cover and chill a couple of hours. Fill the tuna cups with the mixture and enjoy!
