|1 small||cucumber, unpeeled, diced|
|1 medium||green onion, chopped|
|1 small||apple, unpeeled sliced|
|6 oz||can solid albacore tuna, drained and flaked|
|1/4 c||dried cranberries or golden raisins|
|2 Tbsp||sunflower seeds, unsalted|
|1/2 c||black beans, rinsed, or garbanzo beans, optional|
|1/2 c||lite raspberry juice|
|2 Tbsp||cider vinegar|
