4 or 5 red tomatos
oil
salt
pepper
onion
basil, fresh
couple of ice cubes

1Put in bowl the cut up tomato's..add a little oil on top of tomato's....a little salt...pepper and sliced onions (uncooked)...throw in a couple of fresh basil leaves...two or three ice cubes...mix up and put in refrigerator....served chilled.....
