Ingredients

jar sauerkraut, drained
1 c
sugar
1 c
white vinegar
3 stalk(s)
celery, thinly sliced
2 medium
green peppers, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 small
can sliced ripe olives, drained

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
