Mom's Broccoli Salad

This is a simple family favorite! We have it almost every Holiday, and my son acts like a two year old if he doesn't get it.

Pan Fry

Ingredients

2 bunch
broccoli
1 lb
bacon
1 lb
sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 large
onion (chopped)
2 c
miracle whip
1/2 c
apple cider vinegar
1/4 c
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Pan Fry the Bacon and set aside to cool
2Cut Broccoli into florets and wash well.
3Chop onions.
4Cheddar Cheese is better if freshly shredded
5in a bowl mix together Miracle Whip, Vinegar and Sugar
6Mix Everything together in a Large bowl. Let chill or serve. (I like it better when everything has sat for 30 mins to and hour)
