Strawberry Spinach Salad w/Bacon-Egg & Feta Chse

This simple & easy salad is one where you can add as much or as little as you want for the number of people you are serving. I had an ambitious menu & did not take pictures in each of the steps, but will be making this again real soon, & promise to take pictures then.

I made this salad with a pre made bottled dressing simply by whisking in some honey for the sweetness it needed.

Everyone enjoyed 2 delicious bowls of this salad, & remarked how tasty it was. Add what you like to make it your own, thin sliced shallots or red onions, shredded carrots, pine nuts, or what ever you like-ENJOY

fresh pre washed baby spinach
4 large
eggs, boiled quartered & set aside
1/2 c
real bacon bits or fry your own (extra as garnish if desired)
8 large
strawberries quartered or cut into eights for the larger ones
1/2-3/4 c
feta cheese crumbles, as desired
1 bottle
garlic vinaigrette dressing (or dressing of your choice)
2 Tbsp
honey, more or less as desired for taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil eggs, cool, peel then quarter and set aside till needed.
Pour bottled dressing in a small bowl drizzle in the honey, then whisk together till blended. Then add in the bacon bits and whisk or stir again.
Add spinach to a large bowl, then drizzle in about 1/2 to 3/4 of the salad dressing, tossing as you coat the spinach leaves. Save remaining dressing for extra if desired.
Pour spinach onto a large platter, add the strawberry slices, over top of the entire salad.
Add the feta cheese crumbles. Then arrange egg quarters over the surface of the salad and around the outer edge of the salad.
Add additional bacon crumbles if desired. Serve and enjoy.
