I am going to try to reproduce the salad dressing at home. It is really flavorful, but still a processed food. I will let you know when I come up with something, but for now, I used a bottled dressing.

lettuce leaves- whatever kind you prefer
1/2 can(s)
black olives
1/2 c
black beans, canned
1/2 c
corn kernels, fresh or frozen

avocado

plum tomatoes
salad dressing

Slice the olives, avocado and tomatoes.

Divide everything between two bowls.

You can use whatever kind of salad dressing you prefer. The choice may make it not vegan.
I chose Brianna's homestyle Chipolte cheddar dressing.
