This is a quick salad that is great for a light lunch.

Ingredients

2 c
romaine lettuce
2 c
swiss chard
1/2 c
smoked turkey, cooked and cubed
1 medium
cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 c
grape tomatoes
1 medium
carrot , jullienned
1/4 c
dried cranberries

Step-By-Step

1Tear lettuce and chard into bite sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.

2Add all other ingredients.

3Toss gently. Serve with your favorite dressing.
