Ingredients For sweet autumn salad

  • 3 c
    torn mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 md
    red pear, diced
  • 1 pkg
    (4 oz) snack-size cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/3 c
    seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans, toasted
  • DRESSING
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make sweet autumn salad

    In a salad bowl, combine the greens, pear, oranges, grapes, cranberries and pecans.

    In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
