Key West Fruit Salad

Any fresh fruit that you prefer will work wonderfully. I like to use pineapple, strawberries, kiwi and grapes or what ever is in season.

The 30 minute prep time is time spent cutting up the fruit. You can speed this up by buying assorted pre-cut fruit from the produce department.

Ingredients

3/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
water
1/2 c
key lime juice (bottled or fresh)
2-3 Tbsp
tequila or lime juice
1 tsp
lime peel, grated
1-4 c
fresh fruit

Cut up fruit to bite size pieces.

Combine all ingredients.

Cover & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until time to serve.
