black beans- rinsed and drained

mandarin oranges- drained

red bell pepper- seeded and diced

red onion- diced

cilantro- chopped

olive oil or any oil you like
juice of 1 small lime
2-3 dash(es)
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Toss gently to combine, being careful not to break up the orange segments.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
