Good and healthy. Most of us have what we need in the house Just a matter of putting it together. This is one way I can get my husband to eat more fruit.

Ingredients

green apples
1 c
dried cranberries
1/2 c
almonds, slivered toasted
2 c
lowfat vanilla yogurt

Step-By-Step

1Core and chop unpeeled apples.

Place chopped apples into a large bowl.

Mix in cranberries, almonds and yogurt.

Blend well and serve.
