chicken breast filets
1/2 Tbsp
garlic in jar
1/2 Tbsp
ginger powder
2 c
peanuts, dry roasted
3 c
peanut butter- real spread no preservatives

Directions Step-By-Step

defrost chicken breasts
Make peanut sauce:
3 cups real peanut butter spread (no salt, no fat)
4 tablespoons sodium free Soy sauce

Add any veggies you want: the stir fry kind:
sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, bean sprouts broccoli etc,

pan fry or bake chicken breasts until cooked
then chop up to small pieces
