asian-style dressing, made with sesame seeds (homemade is best but store bought works)

lime juice

cooked chicken, shredded

pakage coleslaw mix, without dressing

cucumber, halved lengthwise seeds scraped out and thinly sliced

red bell pepper, cut into narrow strips
1/4 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
5 oz
baby greens
1/4 c
cashews or 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk dressing and lime juice in a large bowl. Add chicken, coleslaw, cucumber, pepper and cilantro.
