Ingredients

10 medium
potatoes
1 lb
bacon, diced
1 Tbsp
flour
1/4 c
vinegar
3/4 c
water
1/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 small
onion, diced

Step-By-Step

1Boil potatoes with jackets on. Fry bacon until crisp. Remive bacon from pan and add flour. vinegar, sugar, salt and onion to bacon grease. Boil slowly for 5-10 minutes. Peel and slice potatoes, add bacon pieces and pour above mixture over all. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
