My mother always made this recipe. Sometimes she added onions, but my family thinks it tastes better without. It is so easy to make and tastes so good. Every time we have a family get together , I am asked to bring this along.

yellow potatoes, boiled and mashed

hard boiled eggs chopped
1 1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 can(s)
luncheon meat, mashed
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and boil potatoes.After they have cooled, mash them. Add peeled and chopped eggs and the mashed luncheon meat. Mix in the mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
