CARRIE'S EASY POTATO SALAD

- 2 lb
- red potatoes
- 2 c
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bottle
- ranch dressing
- 1 pkg
- (3 oz.) real bacon bits
1Peel and cube potatoes (or leave skin on if you prefer). In a large saucepan, boil potatoes until done, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
2Put cooked potatoes into a large serving bowl. Add the cheese, ranch dressing and bacon bits. Mix thoroughly.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve.
3Preparation time includes chilling.
