Boil noodles in salty water as directed on the package. Drain.
Mix oil, vinegar and lime juice in a bowl, add sugar and wisk.
Chop onions, and tomatos into small pieces. Rough chop cilantro.
Mix pasta and veggies in dressing toss, add salt and pepper to taste and put in the refridgerator. Stir before serving.
