This can be a side salad or a meal. It is so easy to make and has so many variations you will love it as much as I do.My family and friends, whether they are vegetarians or not,will find a salad to suit them just fine.

Ingredients

2 c
macaroni shells or elbow macaroni your preference
2 tsp
salt
2 qt
water, boiling
1 c
miracle whip
1/4 c
celery
1/4 c
onion
1/2 c
velveeta cubes
small can(s)
peas, canned
small can(s)
whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

First 3 ingredients are for preparing pasta. In 2 Qts of boiling water add 2 tsp. salt add pasta. Cook for about 11 minutes.

















Drain hot water, rinse in cold water,drain and place in bowl till cooled down. Mix other ingredients and combine with pasta. Cover and chill. Let sit in Refrigerator for about 2 hours.
