I make this all year around. It's delicious and healthy, plus it's not time consuming.

Ingredients

2 c
penne, ziti or bow ties
1 large
green pepper, chopped
1 bunch
green onions, chopped
1 c
diced cheese(swiss, mozzarella, cheddar)
1 c
small tomatoes ,cut in two
1 c
black olives
1 can(s)
cannellini beans, drained
4 oz
boiled ham, cut in thin strips
4 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta according to diections. Drain and refrigerate until cool.

In a large bowl mix cooled pasta with all other ingredients. Serve with crusty italian bread.
