As everyone has different taste you can change this up and use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and you can vary amount of hot sauce and dressing based on your preference. I usually add more hot sauce, we LIKE it hot! You can also use canned chicken, rotisserie chicken whatever is easier, however I believe that shredded is best. Might also like to top it with some crumbled blue cheese!

That great Buffalo chicken flavor permeates this terrific salad. While it's got a bit of a kick to it, I plan to add even MORE dressing to mine the next time I make it. Dee-lish!

Ingredients

1 pkg
Barilla Plus multi-grain rotelli or farfalle

carrot, shredded

celery stalks, chopped

shallots, chopped fine
1/3 c
Franks Buffalo sauce
2/3 c
your favorite light ranch dressing
2 c
shredded chicken (I use baked tenders)

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta as instucted.

Meanwhile, prepare (chop) your vegetables and combine hot sauce with dressing.

Once pasta is cooked and drained toss with dressing mix, then add vegetable and chicken.

Refrigerate until chilled.
