Sesame Green Beans & Peppers

- 1 lb
- fresh green beans
- 1 medium
- red bell pepper (or yellow), cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 Tbsp
- toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp
- sesame oil
1Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
3Chill or serve room temperature.
