Red Cabbage- Polish Salad

I miss her and her Polish cooking !
This is a very simple and good recipe for you to try.
Throw shredded cabbage into the boiling water. When water boils again, drain and allow cabbage to dry off.
Sprinkle with lemon juice to restore the bright red color. Chill.
An hour before serving, add sugar to taste, salt & pepper, and several Tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix and taste.
