I found my Grandmother and mother's recipe box and I am having fune going through it. Here's one

Ingredients

1/4 c
mayonnaise
14 c
lemon juice
3 Tbsp
pimento
2 Tbsp
onion
1 lb
cooked haddock or cod
2 c
cucumbers
2 c
celery
4
lettuce leaves

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop cucumbers,onion,celery,set aside.Cook fish until it flakes.Let it cool a little.

In a large bowl mix together, mayo,lemon juice, pimiento and onion.

Add fish ,cucumbers and celery. Toss to coat evenly. Chill until nice and cool to eat.Serve on lettuce
